Paulo Prestes
Founder & CEO of Endoassistance
Our reference in excellence and reliability of maintenance of
endoscopy equipment, colonoscopy and the like, has a name...
Our story...
It all started in 1980, when a 24-year-old boy left Sorocaba, a city in the countryside, to try his hand at life in the gigantic capital of São Paulo. Appointed to work in a large company, representing a Japanese brand of electronic and medical equipment, Paulo began his career in the area of maintenance of endoscopes and the like.
Always determined and dedicated, Paulo was one of the first Brazilians to be trained by Japanese technicians, coming directly from Japan to teach them. Hardworking, responsible, he gained notoriety and, 18 years after his start at Olympus , he was invited to manage the technical team at the Pentax representative. Once again he took up the challenge and, after 14 years, made his name in the specialized maintenance market for endoscopes and the like. He met Venício Melo, who would become his partner. Now, this expert and experienced technician celebrates 20 years with his own company, always with a lot of focus, demand, seriousness and partnership with his customers.
Venício made history by leaving his mark, known for his promptness and efficiency by all customers, he left us in 2015 and, since then, all of us at Endoassistance have continued his legacy. Our maintenance has a very high level of quality, as we understand the importance of this equipment when carrying out the exams, all of which are supervised and tested several times before delivery to the customer. Always with the final approval of the technical board.
We believe that work is done by people and for people, and we respect the humanization of everyone involved in the process. And that's why we say, that this is the story of a boy who became a man and won!
